The ‘unity β’ student residence has 482 residential units – most of which have a balcony, glazed loggia (can be used open or closed) or roof terrace – ranging in size from 19 to 45 m². Tenants will find tailor-made living and learning environments here: all apartments are fully furnished and, in addition to a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, also offer a desk with office chair, dining table with separate chair and a fully equipped bathroom. The practical small kitchenette with hob and fridge invites you to cook. The apartments are equipped with a multimedia connection. Green outdoor areas are available for a wide range of activities, and communal facilities such as a party room and laundry room with washing machines and dryers provide additional comfort. Underground and outdoor parking spaces are also available. A bicycle storage room has also been provided. The caretaker is always on hand to help.
