The Sternberg Apartments student residence is divided into 190 residential units. They range in size from approximately 20 to 56 m² and offer well-balanced floor plans, most with a terrace, balcony or roof terrace. The residential units are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. All bathrooms are also fully equipped, and the furnishings are rounded off by a narrow kitchenette with a hob and refrigerator. The highlight here is the penthouse apartments with roof terraces. The apartments are equipped with a multimedia connection.
In addition to communal areas, such as party rooms, study rooms and relaxation rooms, as well as basement rooms with washing machines and dryers, there are plenty of underground and outdoor parking spaces available. The caretaker is easily accessible and happy to help.

The Sternberg Apartments are located in the south-east, adjacent to the old town and only a few minutes away from the universities. An ideal starting point for studying and living in Regensburg! Whether it's the university, technical college, theatre, cinema or pub scene, supermarket, running track or medical centre: students can get there in no time on foot, by bike or by bus.
