The Schanzenstrasse student residence offers 13 different apartment types with a total of 56 residential units. Floor plans vary between 20 and 47 m². The units have small kitchenettes with a hob and refrigerator, as well as a desk, office chair, bed, and wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with a sink and other amenities. Some apartments have balconies or roof terraces. All apartments are cleverly laid out, with plenty of space for living and studying. The apartments are equipped with a multimedia connection. The common areas offer comfort: there is a large TV room as well as washing machines and dryers on each floor. Partially covered outdoor parking spaces and lockable double parking spaces make it easy to find a parking spot. The caretaker is easily accessible.

– certificate of enrolment (students)
– proof of existing liability insurance
– copy of valid identity card/passport
