The ‘unity α’ student residence with 422 residential units offers a variety of living options ranging in size from 20 to 40 m². All apartments are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. The bathroom is also fully equipped, and the compact kitchenette with refrigerator and hob leaves plenty of room for efficient studying and relaxing after work. In most apartments, tenants can relax on the balcony, terrace or roof terrace.

Fancy some sport or a barbecue? The outdoor areas are ideal for this, and inside the building there are communal rooms for parties and a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.
