Listen up, apprentices and polytech students: all 68 apartments at “Leonhardspark” are approx. 20 m² in size and fully furnished, including bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. Besides that, every apartment has a fully equipped bathroom. Moving in or out are managed at the flick of a wrist: the most important connections like internet and cable TV are already available. The residents have a lot of shared space at their disposal, e.g. generously proportioned modern kitchens and laundry facilities in the basement with washers and driers. There is bicycle storage space, too. Outdoor parking spaces are available. The concierge can be approached at any time.

Apprentices in Nuremberg have all the options for a great start of their career. “Leonhardspark” is located right in the middle and its central location with very short distances to the U2, U3 and S1 lines – plus an excellent link to ‘Frankenschnellweg’ and the motorway – has convincing points in its favour.
